- Talk to customers face-to-face providing friendly guidance on affordable wireless programs.
- Promote and explain wireless products and benefits, helping each customer find the right plan for their lifestyle.
- Assist with enrollment and activation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot minor issues, turning every interaction into a lasting relationship.
- Work alongside an amazing Customer Support Representative team that supports your goals and celebrates your wins.
- Stay organized and proactive by managing client information and following up on pending accounts.
