We’re expanding our team in the San Bernardino, CA area and are looking for motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join us as a Customer Account Representative.
In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, guiding new and existing customers through available service options while ensuring a seamless account experience. As a Customer Account Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact by answering questions, coordinating account needs, and delivering personalized solutions that create long-term customer satisfaction.

Customer Account Representative Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through face-to-face interactions and introduce them to available service options
- Build positive customer experience by providing professional, informative, and personalized support
- Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend service solutions that align with their preferences
- As a Customer Account Representative, guide customers through the sales, application, and enrollment process while ensuring all account information is accurate and complete
- Manage customer accounts from the initial consultation through enrollment, service activation, and follow-up
- Maintain organized customer records, sales documentation, account updates, and interaction notes using company systems
- Coordinate with leadership and internal support teams to resolve account-related questions and provide customers with a smooth experience
- Work closely with fellow Customer Account Representatives to improve sales performance, share best practices, and achieve individual and team goals
- Participate in ongoing Customer Account Representative training to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, customer service abilities, and sales techniques to set you up for success
What We’re Looking For In Our Customer Account Representatives
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, account support, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- A friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Confidence interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting
- Ability to accurately document customer interactions and account activity
- Comfortable managing multiple customer conversations and follow-up tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, account support, or sales experience is helpful but not required
