This position will ensure meticulous documentation of Foundation activities, such as donations, event finances, and board meetings. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, along with discretion and the ability to collaborate effectively. Adherence to confidentiality policies regarding the Hospital, Foundation, and donors is imperative.
- Associate degree in Administrative Assistant, Office Administration, Finance, Accounting, Office Management, or a related field
- A minimum of two years of experience in an office environment is required
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
