What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respite Provider position at Community Horizons?
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Respite Provider Looking for a rewarding position that
challenges you and keeps you on your toes? A typical shift can range
from supervising online school hours to supervising dirt bike races,
hold on for a fun day! No yawning at this house! Schedule-
Monday/Tuesday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, Additional hours may become available
Pay- \$17.98 Summary- Small overview 3 Hours daily for home school
supervision Online class does all the hard work, some reading assistance
to be expected Supervision of outdoor safety with activities, including
riding dirt bikes Community integration, going to town library
De-escalation tools and foreshadowing through day Daily living skills
like cooking and cleaning, make it a fun activity together Potty
training assistance, clean/change when needed, encouragement Giving
sensory breaks when needed, calm down time Ideal Candidate: We are
looking for someone calm but tough to handle unique expectations and
flexible with changing roles throughout the day. A valid driver\'s
License Is Required For This Position. Previous Experience Assisting

programs across Wisconsin, including services through Managed Care
Organizations, IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct), and the

participants to make their own choicesselecting who provides their care
and how those services are delivered. While Community Horizons offers
guidance and mentorship, we are not the employer of record. Participants
and families make all hiring decisions, with a third-party fiscal agent
handling payroll and employment paperwork. Our mission is to help
individuals of all ages navigate self-directed care with connection,
