JOB REQUIREMENTS: If you have a few extra hours a week and would like to
get out in the community with an awesome guy, read on! We are supporting
a young man to find the right person to do respite care 2
afternoons/evenings a week. He participates in Self-Directed Support;
this means he can employ a provider who he connects with. Get to know
our member! He lives with his parents in the Green Bay area. He enjoys
watching t.v., video games, and going out to eat. This young man is
diagnosed with autism, and he is also non-verbal. What does he need?
Respite care Supervision Swimming partner Transportation for outings
Assistance with toileting Assistance with dressing Calm and relaxed
redirection Community outings \*outing expenses will be covered What he
is looking for: Experience working with adults with disabilities and/or
in a cognitive behavioral setting Reliable transportation Valid
driver\'s license Must be 18 or older Must be willing/able to go
swimming with him Adaptive Patient Caring What is his schedule? He is
seeking a respite provider for 2 afternoons a week for the duration of 4
hours each day. Flexible days, but consistency is key. Predictability is
very important to him and his family and will only help you build a
connection with him. Pay Rate: \$17.00/hour This position was built for
