JOB REQUIREMENTS: Part-Time PCW Flexible Schedule If you enjoy helping
people in your community and have a few extra hours a week, keep
reading! There is a wonderful lady in the Shawano area seeking a
flexible, part time care worker to help her with daily care needs and
mobility in her home. She is seeking a PCW to cover midafternoon shifts
during the week and rotating weekend shifts. All shifts are 2 hours
long. The ideal candidate can take direction, has a good work ethic, and
has good communication skills. They should be reliable, dependable,
attentive, personable and encouraging. Being a pet lover is a huge bonus
as cats and a bird also live in the home. While experience would be a
plus, it is not necessary and they are happy to train the right person.
This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone with some extra hours
available in their week and a passion for helping someone to be
comfortable in their own home. Pay Rate \$16.32/hour Job Tasks:
Transfers with Easytrack Transfer Assistance with toileting Assistance
with dressing Assistance with hygiene Body positioning bed Assist and
encourage daily exercises Meal preparation Available Shifts: Tuesdays
1:30P-4:30P Thursdays 1:30P-4:30P Rotating Weekends AM/Afternoon/PM
shifts Who is Community Horizons Community Horizons provides support to
individuals and families enrolled in self-directed care programs across
Wisconsin, including services through Managed Care Organizations, IRIS
(Include, Respect, I Self-Direct), and the Children\'s Long-Term Support
(CLTS) program. Self-direction allows participants to make their own
choicesselecting who provides their care and how those services are
delivered. While Community Horizons offers guidance and mentorship, we
are not the employer of record. Participants and families make all
hiring decisions, with a third-party fiscal agent handling payroll and
employment paperwork. Our mission is to help individuals of all ages
navigate self-directed care with connection, coordination, and
