JOB REQUIREMENTS: Community Horizons is assisting a member to find a
caregiver to provide support that will help ensure quality of life while
remaining in her home. She is a kind person who enjoys knitting,
visiting, and attending church. This is a self-directed care roll. You
can help have a huge impact on her life by providing short visits 4
times/week. Schedule: Every other Fri, Sat, Sun 8:00pm-9:00pm One
morning/week 7:00am-8:00am Pay: \$16.32/hour Tasks: Help in and out of
bed with a pivot transfer Range of motion Dressing and undressing Light
housekeeping Ideal Candidate: Reliable transportation No experience
necessary, will train Friendly and outgoing Able to follow directions
