Horizons is assisting the member to find an energetic and outgoing
candidate to fill this role in Tomah, WI. Schedule: 29.5 shared
hours/week with daily short split shifts (1/2 hour to 1 hours in
length). Shift start times: 8:30a/9a, 1:30p/2p, 6p/6:30p, and
9p/9:30p-every other weekend availability a plus. Pay:
\$18.00-\$20.00/hour You would work 1:1 with her while enjoying the
flexibility and independence of self-directed care. You would build a
positive relationship while assisting with daily routines and personal
care. Tasks: E-Z stand transfers Toileting Dressing Bathing Light
housekeeping Cooking Companionship No experience necessary! She has a
detailed outline of her routine and is very willing to train the right
person. Ideal Candidate: Must be 18 years or older Able to follow
