JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Nekoosa community member is seeking a Mentor to
provide steady, encouraging support at a local golf course during
scheduled weekly hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
teaching through real-life experiences, building confidence, and helping
someone grow their independence in a calm, supportive way. What You\'ll
Do Offer one-on-one mentorship while spending time at a local golf
course Support skill-building in communication, social interactions, and
daily routines Encourage healthy decision-making and problem-solving
Provide gentle guidance and redirection when needed Help create a
positive, structured, and enjoyable environment Maintain consistency,
patience, and respect in all interactions Who Thrives in This Role
Someone who is patient, reliable, and encouraging A natural teacher or
Coach Who Enjoys Helping Others Build Confidence Comfortable Supporting
an adult with unique learning or developmental needs Able to maintain
calm, clear communication and model positive behavior Enjoys being
outdoors and active in a community setting Experience Experience in
mentoring, coaching, caregiving, education, or supporting individuals
with disabilities is helpful but not required. Pay & Details Paid
through a fiscal employer/agent Consistent weekly schedule: Mondays &
Wednesdays, 9am2pm Start date flexible based on candidate availability
