JOB REQUIREMENTS: Private Duty CNA Skilled In-Home Morning Care I am
seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNA (or retired healthcare
professional with hands-on experience) to assist me in my home in
Marshfield, WI. You will be working directly for me as your employer. I
am extremely independent and value professionalism, discretion, and
clinical competence. I am looking for a mature, respectful caregiver who
understands boundaries, communicates clearly, and takes pride in
providing high-quality care in a private setting. This is not an
Entry-level Role. Experience And Confidence With The Responsibilities
listed below are essential. Schedule Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 8:30
AM 12:00 PM (scheduled hours) Weekday daytime backup hours are also
available Pay Rate \$20 per hour Required Skills & Responsibilities
Hands-on personal care Catheter care Bowel program care (manual removal)
Manual transfers and mobility assistance Ability to safely lift 50
pounds Wound and skin care Range of motion exercises Medication
reminders Light housekeeping Qualifications Minimum age 18 CNA
certification required (or current/expired nursing license with relevant
experience) At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled
nursing facility Must pass a caregiver background check Reliable
transportation (with backup plan) Dependable, organized, and
self-motivated This role requires someone who is clinically capable,
physically strong, emotionally steady, and consistently professional.
