JOB REQUIREMENTS: My name is TAD and I am seeking kind, dependable, and
patient in-home caregivers to serve in a backup role when regular
full-time staff are unavailable due to call-ins or vacation. Training is
provided. This role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting
non-verbal individuals and can recognize facial cues and other forms of
non-verbal communication. The caregiver will assist with daily living
needs, personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and household
support. Responsibilities Provide support with personal care and daily
living activities Assist with meal preparation Offering companionship
and support with activities Follow an individualized care plan Use
strong communication skills, including the ability to interpret
non-verbal cues Perform light housekeeping as needed If you are
