We're looking for a compassionate, resourceful Housing Navigator who is passionate about connecting people with housing solutions and believes that stable housing is the foundation for independence.

Location Covering: Waupaca, Outagamie, and Winnebago Counties
Travel required to members' homes
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. NO weekends or Holidays!
What You'll Do
As a Housing Navigator, you'll be a vital resource for individuals and families by helping them identify, secure, and maintain safe, affordable housing.
You'll:
- Connect individuals with housing opportunities that match their needs and preferences.
- Develop relationships with landlords, property managers, and community housing partners.
- Guide individuals through housing applications, eligibility requirements, and subsidy programs.
- Help overcome housing barriers such as rental history, credit concerns, accessibility needs, or limited housing availability.
- Collaborate with Housing Counselors and community organizations to provide comprehensive housing support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of referrals, housing leads, and participant interactions.
- Stay informed about affordable housing resources, rental market trends, and local housing programs.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and enjoys helping others navigate complex systems.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in housing, social services, case management, or community resource coordination.
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs such as Section 8, WHEDA, HUD, Rural Development, or similar programs is a plus.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Central Wisconsin as needed.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
