to assist him both in his home and out in the community. Are you

his own home. He loves music and being outdoors. He loves to fish and
use his ipad. He enjoys interacting with others and joking around. This
important role involves supporting the member in his daily activities,
ensuring his safety, and promoting independence within a caring home
environment. The ideal candidates will have previous caregiving
experience and possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of
life for the member. \*Both full time and part time hours are available
in this role!\* Tasks of the job: Assist member with Activities of Daily
Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming Transport member to
and from his day service program Administer medications as prescribed
Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs and assist
member during mealtimes Support member with learning new skills and
gaining confidence Provide community integration opportunities based on
the member\'s interests and abilities Maintain a clean, safe home
environment through regular cleaning and household tasks Provide
emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being of the
member and build a trusting rapport Observe member for changes in
condition Preferred Qualities in a candidate: Experience working with
adults with disabilities, non-verbal individuals as well as behavioral
issues a PLUS A compassionate, patient, energetic personality Strong
communication skills Must be dependable Must have a driver\'s license
and reliable transportation to transport the member A background check
is required before employment can begin Must be 18 years old to apply
due to the nature of work Hours/Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-8:30am
Friday 3:00pm- Monday 8:30am \*The member is looking to hire multiple
people. Flexible schedule! Pick and choose the shifts that work best for
your busy life\* Both day and night shifts are available Wage: \$16.50
per hour for dayshift- plus a mileage reimbursement of .35 per mile,
