Community Home Health Care is looking for an LPN or RN in Albany, NY for an adult female patient.
Hours:
- M/W: 10a-7p
- T/Th: 10a-6p
Responsibilities
- Adult Female: Microcephaly, G-tube, nebulizer, suction.
- Cognitive & physically delayed; quad; non-verbal; non-ambulatory
- OOB to W/C or chair; Pivot/ total lift; utilizes pony walker for standing
- Oriented to known caregivers around her.

Job Requirements:
- NYS LPN or RN license required
