Case 1:
- 13-year-old male requiring
- G-Tube, O2, Cough Assist
- Cerebral palsy, unspecified
- M-F: 5p-9p
Case 2:
- 13-year-old male
- trach, o2, g-tube, suction
- M-F 3p-9p (12p-9p non-school days)
