JOB SUMMARY
Join our wonderful team as a Billing Specialist and make a meaningful impact on your community! Falls Community Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to support our mission of providing high-quality medical and dental care to all patients. In this role, you will be part of a team that addresses medical and/or dental billing inquiries and assists patients in determining their eligibility for financial assistance. You will prepare billing statements, input charges, and resolve claim rejections and denials. Additionally, you will enter payments and maintain accounts receivable, submit Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party insurance claims for payment. Minimum Qualification Standards:
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a medical office environment dealing with coding and billing of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance plans, payment collections, and medical records; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
Hourly Pay
$20.80 - $22.42 hourly
