You’ll communicate directly with patients, verify information, process supply orders, and make sure everything runs smoothly—from prescriptions to shipping. If you love building relationships and take pride in providing exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Summary:
· Review and verify all incoming orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Confirm that insurance information is correctly entered and aligned with documentation requirements.
· Ensure all orders are processed and verified within two (2) business days of placement.
· Request Detailed Written Orders (DWO) when necessary to support order fulfillment and compliance.
· Conduct follow-up on pending or unresolved orders every seven (7) days until resolution is achieved.
· Monitor and review incoming faxes at designated times to ensure timely handling of documents.
· Accurately enter LMNs (Letters of Medical Necessity) and prior authorizations into the system.
· Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all order-related documentation and communications.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.

Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Physical Requirements
