Community Health Alliance is seeking an experienced, licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our outpatient and community-based mental health programs serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. What You'll Do

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development to licensed and non-licensed clinicians while promoting clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient and community-based settings.
  • Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy, consistent with your licensure and scope of practice.
  • Monitor clinical documentation, treatment planning, productivity, and service quality to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
  • Support staff through case consultation, clinical training, and evidence-based practice implementation to improve client outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration among therapists, case managers, medical providers, schools, community partners, and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance coaching, and staff evaluations while building a positive, engaged, and high-performing clinical team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, chart reviews, and program development to strengthen clinical services and operational effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with referral sources and community partners to promote access to behavioral health services and support organizational growth.
  • Create a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning that reflects Community Health Alliance's mission and values.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Ohio licensure as one of the following with supervisory designation, where applicable: LISW, LPCC, IMFT.  Supervisory designation preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising clinicians in outpatient, community behavioral health, or integrated care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and family-centered treatment approaches.
  • Experience with clinical documentation standards, electronic health records, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Ohio Medicaid behavioral health services, CARF accreditation standards, and behavioral health documentation requirements.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
