What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of our nursing department—planning, organizing, and developing operations to ensure top-quality care and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the health and well-being of residents, determining admission suitability and managing ongoing care needs.
- Provide training and mentorship to care staff, focusing on growth, accountability, and a supportive team culture.
- Serve as the go-to resource for staff, residents, and families regarding care plans, medications, and health concerns.
- Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams to foster a safe, healthy, and positive environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, respond to incidents appropriately, and ensure timely follow-up for all changes in resident condition.
- Status: Full-time
- Schedule: Primarily daytime hours with flexibility as needed

- Starting at $81,000.00/year, based on experience

- You’re a licensed RN or LPN in the state of Ohio with a deep commitment to resident-centered care.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in a senior living or long-term care setting.
- You’re skilled in dementia care and thrive in dynamic environments where every day brings new opportunities to lead and serve.
- You’ve got strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to coach, support, and inspire a care team.
- You’re a pro at documentation and communication—especially with electronic health record systems like Point Click Care (PCC).
- You are comfortable being on call or adjusting your schedule as resident needs arise.
