Your Day as a Process Efficiency and Data Support Specialist
- Apply XML, HTML, REST, SOAP and/or SQL programming skills to current workflows
- Map and analyze business processes for efficiency and automation
- Support department applications through testing, patching, updates
What We're Looking For
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- Functional knowledge of programming languages (HTML, XML, JAVA, REST, SQL)
- One to two years experience in process improvement, workflow automation or data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
