This position supports senior and department management, and is responsible for integrating system enhancements, custom requests and process changes to improve operational efficiency.
Essential Duties:
- Work closely with department managers and supervisors to integrate system enhancements, custom requests and process changes to improve operational efficiency
- Assist with resolving system issues efficiently, including end user related issues
- Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of new products and system updates/changes
- Assist with the review, training, and implementation of applicable manual updates
- Assist with all department change requests
- Coordinate with management to communicate system enhancements, etc., to applicable employees
- Update and maintain user access to systems including Encompass and Finastra
- Work closely with the Data Analytics team to develop Power BI reporting and assist with data validation
- Provide data analysis to support process changes
- Work with Audit and Compliance Departments to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements
- Other duties as assigned or directed
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
- B.A. or B.S degree required and/or equivalent experience in related field
- Business Field of study strongly preferred
Skills:
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar; excellent analytical and mathematics skills
- Above average interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create, implement and maintain workflows based on current project
- Excellent computer skills and data base retrieval knowledge; MS Office required; ICE MT Encompass and Power BI preferred
- Ability to demonstrate analyzation of data from reports/workbooks
- Highly organized; results driven with competency to be proficient, effective and efficient
Experience:
- Minimum of four years’ experience in software management, accounting, finance or banking strongly preferred.
