Key Responsibilities

Financial Coordination

  • Cash & Credit Management: Log incoming checks, prepare bank deposits, and record entries in QuickBooks. Perform monthly credit card reconciliations to ensure GL accounts align perfectly.
  • Audit Support: Maintain organized financial filing systems and provide backup support to the Accounting Director as needed.

Office Operations & Executive Support

· Administrative Assistance: Provide support for our Operations Director and office staff, helping with general clerical duties, handling incoming mail and pitch-in to keep our digital and physical records up to date.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3 years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates with nonprofit background.
  • Software: Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills are essential).
