POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Front Desk Scheduler not only greets patients, but they are also responsible for a myriad of other clerical tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing/scanning. Front Desk Schedulers must have both good communication and basic computer skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Main focus will be answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
- Greeting patients and scanning documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 Year of experience at the front desk (highly preferred)
- Must love to talk to a wide range of people
- Team player, energetic, and friendly personality
- Must be able to work remote
- Bilingual preferred but not required
