What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager - Recovery Paths position at Community Council Health Systems?
GENERAL OVERVIEW: Reporting directly to the Program Director, the Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in overseeing program operation to assure quality services that meet the social, emotional, health, and physical needs of clients in accordance with established Community Council procedures and regulatory requirements. Serves as a liaison with community resources and regulatory agencies.
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Provides leadership, planning and direction for the Recovery Path Program to ensure the delivery of effective, therapeutic, safe and ethical treatment for all clients.
- Assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating quality program components to include but not limited to documentation, and records to ensure the environment meets the social, emotional, health, and physical needs of the individuals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, and the treatment and documentation practices to ensure quality services and record of such services.
- Foster positive community awareness of the Recovery Path Program, promoting participant and community activities as appropriate or as directed by the Program Director.
- Provide supervision to program staff, including training, development and progress towards performance expectations, ensuring leadership and development and professional growth and ensuring all training requirements are met.
- Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Develops a solid team process. Oversees the team development of program alternatives (i.e. In-home services, vocational services, family living, educational services, outpatient services and independent living). Interacts professionally with clients, co-workers, families and/or community members. Serves as a role model by exemplifying acceptable behavior, language, skills and dress. Ensures the same from assigned staff.
- Participate in licensing survey/inspections/meeting and committees as needed and develop corrective measures to address areas on non-compliance.
- Conduct Utilization and Service Reviews to ensure effectiveness of service structure and developing strategies to ensure minimum sessions are conducted according to the regulations and Community Council?s internal standards.
- Manages clinical caseload as assigned by Program Director.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
