What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Connections Afterschool Program Site Coordinator position at Community Connections?
Washington Central Unified Union School District has anticipated openings for Site Coordinators for our District schools for our Community Connections program. Positions may be 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on school coverage. The Site Coordinator will work with the Director on programming, staffing, registration and enrollment processes. The position requires supervising programs at designated work sites for before / after school programs and camps. The correct individual has knowledge of or is willing to learn the child care regulations of the location as well as activity planning, staffing, financial management, and working directly with students in preschool through 6th grade. Positions are for the school year calendar with the opportunity for additional work during summer and school vacations. Some in-service and camp days may be required. May be able to combine with other positions to increase hours per week.
The Community Connections program offers enriching and fun activities for students both before and after school. We also operate a licensed preschool at some of these school locations that care for preschool aged children. We offer camps during the summer and on school in-service days. The Site Coordinator would help to manage all of these programs at the local school(s).
