This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, clear communication, and professional representation of Community Choice Credit Union’s leadership.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.Provide administrative support including document creation, mailing, scanning, and record management.Attend meetings to take notes and prepare/distribute accurate minutes.Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.Research, design, and assist with senior leader presentations including visual materials.Organize records such as vendor contracts, audit documentation, and compliance files.Support Board of Director communications, meeting preparation, and backup minute-taking.Maintain and update pages within the internal intranet.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve administrative processes.Participate in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.What You BringTo be successful, you should have:Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma required2–5 years of similar administrative or support experienceSkills & AbilitiesProficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe AcrobatStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsAbility to read and interpret business plansStrong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsCreative and analytical problem-solving skillsHigh level of confidentiality, trust, and professionalismAbility to work independently and collaborate with othersSelf-driven, proactive, and adaptable to changePhysical & Mental RequirementsAbility to handle multiple tasks, interpret complex information, and communicate effectivelyAbility to sit for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.Work in a moderate-noise office environmentWhy You’ll Love Working With UsAt Community Choice, you’ll join a team that’s truly united in serving our members and communities.
