Community Care Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through behavioral assessment, treatment planning, staff education, and ongoing clinical oversight. The BCBA will play a key role in managing behavioral acuity cases, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained, and supporting person-centered behavioral interventions within community-based settings.
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 (Based on experience)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior evaluations as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs)
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavioral support staff
• Review behavioral documentation and data collection to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Monitor participant progress and adjust interventions based on clinical need and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, guardians, support coordinators, nurses, and direct support staff
• Provide staff training and coaching related to behavioral interventions, crisis prevention, de-escalation techniques, and documentation expectations
• Assist with behavioral acuity case management and provide guidance regarding risk reduction strategies and behavioral stabilization
• Participate in quality assurance activities, internal audits, and compliance reviews related to behavioral services
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and applicable state and regulatory requirements
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and reports
Qualifications:
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavioral support staff preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, behavior intervention planning, and data-driven treatment approaches
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
