Floater Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Floater Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties

• Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum development plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and social-emotional growth.
• Support classroom management strategies to maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment for children of different ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
• Provide hands-on care for children, including toddler care routines, diapering, feeding, and supervising activities that support childhood development.
• Engage actively with students during classroom activities, tutoring sessions, physical education, and play-based learning to foster their curiosity and learning progress.
• Manage behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and address challenges effectively while promoting child welfare.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials, conducting assessments such as standardized testing when appropriate, and supporting individualized instruction for children with special education needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development stages, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children’s families.
• Experience working with students who have special needs or require early intervention services is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly across different classrooms while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
