What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Home Supervisor position at Community Bridges South, Inc.?
The Home Supervisor is in charge of running the home. This includes staffing the home, overseeing the home's needs and furnishings are met. Each home will have up to 8 clients that the Home Supervisor will oversee and ensure their needs are met. These needs will be ensuring all medical, clothing, employment, financial and all other individualized needs are met for each client of the home.
We are looking for someone to apply that will ensure the safety and needs of all clients are met. Will ensure all staff that work in the home are caring, attentive, and intentional while interacting with the clients and any member of the community. The Home Supervisor must be good with financials, documentation and communication.
