We support adults with disabilities in a Community Home setting. Each home serves up to eight residents, providing support across all areas of daily living. As a Home Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the home and supervise a team that provides personalized care, supports daily living activities, and fosters social engagement within the community. Your compassionate and intentional approach will help residents build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their personal goals while ensuring their safety and well-being.
The Home Supervisor is responsible for staffing the home, overseeing its day-to-day needs, and ensuring each resident's individualized needs are met. This includes coordinating and monitoring medical care, clothing, employment, financial needs, documentation, and other supports specific to each resident.
We are looking for someone who is committed to ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of every resident. The Home Supervisor must ensure that all staff provide caring, attentive, and intentional support while interacting with residents and members of the community.
