Site-Based Respite Direct Support Professional / DSP
Shifts Available:
- Tuesday- Friday 2:30pm – 6:30pm and Saturday 10am-6pm
- You can commit to one day a week or all six days.
- If you are interested in full-time employment, we can increase your hours with an additional part-time position within our Dutchess Without Walls, Job Coaching or Residential programs.
Site-Based Respite Direct Support Professional Job Description:
- A competitive $15.50-$17.00/hour salary
- Located on a beautiful10-acre farm in Hopewell Junction that includes two greenhouses, a chicken coop, pickle ball and basketball courts and many other amenities.
- As a Site-Based Respite Direct Support Professional, you will support people in recreational, social, and skill-building activities while encouraging independence and personal choice.
- Facilitate activities such as crafts, trips into the community, cooking, movies, board games and other fun activities.
Site-Based Respite Direct Support Professional Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be energetic, caring, positive, willing to share your hobbies & interests, and compassionate.
- Prior experience working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
