What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Lender position at Community Bancshares Inc.?
Responsible for origination and maintenance of loan portfolio within defined loan policies and procedures.
▲Develop customer relationships through outside calling efforts.
▲Granting and servicing of secured and unsecured loans with emphasis on consumer customers. ▲Officer with 1-3 years of credit experience
▲Able to effectively meet with applicants and underwrite loans
▲Able to collate and organize financial data to presents loan requests to either RLM or Loan Management Team as necessary.
▲Knowledge and understanding of debt relationships
▲Consistently able to maintain and grow individual loan portfolio.
▲Exercise independent judgment and discretion within job duties.
▲ All other duties as assigned
Salary : $43,140 - $73,730
