What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Lender position at Community Bancshares Inc.?
Responsible for origination and maintenance of commercial loan portfolio within defined loan policies and procedures.
▲Develop new and existing commercial customer relationships through outside calling efforts.
▲Granting and servicing of secured and unsecured loans with emphasis on commercial customers
▲Effectively and accurately grade commercial loan relationships; may require spreading of financial data including BITR and PITR’s, PFS, etc.
▲Able to effectively meet with applicants and underwrite all types of commercial loans
▲Able to collate and organize financial data to presents loan requests to Loan Management Team
▲Knowledge and understanding of all debt relationships, through individual and global presentation.
▲Consistently able to manage commercial loan relationships and maintain high quality loan portfolio.
▲Exercise independent judgment and discretion within job duties.
▲ All other duties as assigned
Salary : $70,240 - $112,560
