The Compliance Inspector plays a crucial role in this mission by helping communities stay true to their standards.
As a Compliance Inspector, you are responsible for regularly inspecting residential communities to ensure alignment with governing documents and standards. You’ll identify potential violations, communicate with Community Managers, and maintain accurate, actionable records to support community compliance efforts. This role is field-based and includes a minimum of 4 hours per day spent in a company-provided vehicle conducting inspections.
Conduct routine inspections of homes, lots, and community common areas.
Identify, document, and report violations in accordance with governing documents.
Issue violation letters and monitor resolution through re-inspections.
Maintain accurate documentation, including photo evidence and notes.
Communicate effectively with Community Managers about inspections and findings.
Follow pre-established drive routes for inspection schedules.
Submit weekly and monthly reports on inspection outcomes.
Use and maintain company-issued technology and equipment.
Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and mileage is tracked.
Submit monthly expense reports related to inspection activities.

40-hour work week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Must be able to drive for extended periods with frequent stops.
Must be able to walk communities in varying weather conditions.
Minimal safety hazards; company vehicle provided for inspections.
