Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales professional to join our advertising team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will be key to connecting with local businesses and helping them succeed through our time proven advertising solutions.
Duties
- Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, introducing advertising options and understanding their marketing needs
- Develop new business by identifying potential clients and presenting tailored advertising packages
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and maximize advertising opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals that align with client goals and company targets
- Utilize CRM ( Go High Level experience preferred) to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with marketing and design team to craft compelling advertising proposals
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, preferably in the advertising or publishing field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analysis skills to effectively engage clients and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM (preferably GHL) to manage customer relationships
- Knowledge of advertising strategies, digital marketing, or media sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead conversations confidently while maintaining a positive rapport with clients
- Experience in account management, sales strategy development, or leadership roles is desirable
