CAP is seeking a one-on-one Behavior Support Aide. The Behavior Support Aide works one-on-one with children who exhibit challenging behaviors. Classroom assignment will be based on program need.
Child Development Associates credential (CDA) is preferred; or a high school diploma or GED and enrolled in a program leading to a Child Development Associates credential to be completed within two years; or be enrolled in a program leading to an Associate's degree or Baccalaureate degree in early childhood development or a related field. Reliable transportation and a clean, valid NYS driver's license is required.
This is a full-time, temporary , 10-month position. The pay rate is $16.20/hr, 30 hrs/wk, 44 wks/yr.
