CAPE is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Float to join our team. As a Teacher Float, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our youngest learners and creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
The Teacher Float provides classroom support across multiple Head Start classrooms and sites, ensuring children receive high-quality care and instruction. This position works collaboratively with lead and associate teachers to support school readiness goals, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and foster positive relationships with children and families. The Teacher Float serves as a flexible team member, assisting with classroom activities, compliance tasks, and family engagement initiatives, while upholding program standards and regulations.
