Qualification Statement: THE APPLICANT MUST POSSESS
Bachelors degree in social work, sociology, psychology or other related field. Experience may be substituted for degree if scope and depth is determined adequate
Must have at least five years of experience in related management position
Strong verbal, written, oral presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to relate well to people from a variety of racial, ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic background
Must be computer literate
Must possess a valid driver's license
