nDuties and Responsibilities
- :Plans the mechanical and piping maintenance/TAR work for operating facilit
- yProvides effective job plans to accomplish work completion in an efficient and effective manner, including material & tool requirements labor estimates, and work instruction
- sPlans mechanical maintenance work with special attention paid to all control of work and regulatory requirements that may apply
- .Identifies the need for outside Contractors and associated scope of wor
- kReviews submitted work orders for completeness and accuracy communicating with Operations & Maintenance Coordinators as neede
- dDevelops and insures the accuracy of Bill of Materials making edits and additions as needed in SA
- PIdentifies part discrepancies, additional work needed, work task edits, reoccurring problems in area of responsibility through review of completed work orders in order to improve future job package
- sAssist scheduler with identification of work order simultaneous operations, coordination constraints, and sequencing
