What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Reviewer - VITA position at Community Action Partnership of Kern?
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Program Administrator, the VITA Quality Reviewer will serve as the technical tax expert for the designated tax sites, ensuring all prepared tax returns meet IRS and VITA Program quality standards. The Quality Reviewer will review each tax return completed by volunteers, correct any errors, and provide in-depth tax knowledge and guidance to volunteers, staff and clients. Additionally, the Quality Reviewer will assist the Site Coordinator in maintaining the efficient operation of the tax site.
