Water Outside Sales Representative

Quality Home Services is a 38 year old international company and is the leading brand of water treatment and air purification systems worldwide. Our office is currently interviewing for positions in outside sales in the Local areas. We service one of the largest and fastest growing markets with a complete line of equipment for residential and commercial applications. We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, energetic individuals with a positive attitude to be a part of our very successful team of sales professionals. Appointments are scheduled and qualified for our sales team.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (uncapped commission)

Requirements:

• Must have valid CA driver license and insured
• Must be willing to consent to background check post acceptance of offer

Physical Requirements:

Driving & Mobility: Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely for extended periods, Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record, Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions, Capable of entering and exiting a vehicle multiple times per day.  Physical Stamina & Movement: Ability to stand, walk, and move around customer homes for presentations, Frequent bending, kneeling, or reaching to access materials or demonstrate products, Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs (e.g., product samples, marketing materials), Comfortable climbing stairs or walking on uneven surfaces. Sensory & Communication Abilities: Clear vision (near and far) to read documents, road signs, and digital devices, Adequate hearing to engage in conversations and respond to customer inquiries, Ability to speak clearly and confidently in person and over the phone. Cognitive & Emotional Demands: Ability to remain focused and alert while driving and during customer interactions, Capable of making quick decisions and adapting to changing schedules or environments, Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Environmental Conditions: Willingness to work in various home environments (temperature, cleanliness, pets, etc.), Exposure to outdoor elements while traveling between appointment
