What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant-9 month position at Community Action of Eastern Iowa?
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated individual with a desire to serve others. Through excellent frontline service, the candidate will help Community Action empower individuals and families to overcome barriers and achieve lasting self-sufficiency.
The role includes administrative, clerical, customer service, and reception support for the agency, ensuring efficient daily operations and quality service delivery to clients, staff, and community partners.
Part-Time M, W, F 8-4:30pm September 1-May 31
Minimum Level of Education/Experience Required
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least two years of customer service, community relations, or related experience
· Proficiency in data entry, basic math, writing, and communication
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
