GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for working with program staff to develop innovative training programs for members using behavior management intervention techniques.
EDCUATION / EXPERIENCE
BCBA. Minimum two years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities in program planning and/or behavior management.
JOB TASKS
1. Develop and implement appropriate behavior plans for members including training of other staff.
2. Serve as liaison with health care providers regarding treatment of members.
3. Provide staff training on effective behavioral supports.
4. Develop an effective working relationship with CAU staff.
5. Thoroughly document all interactions with members.
6. Participate as a member of the Inter disciplinary team for members on caseload.
7. Maintain appropriate staff/member interactions.
8. Maintain program operations and facilitate program development.
9. Cooperate with Agency, legal authorities and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or investigation.
10. Will be sent all UIR’s and will disseminate all behavioral UIR’s to appropriate behaviorist.
11. Manage behaviorists caseloads, ensuring cases are distributed evenly.
12. Manage NETtime for Behaviorists
13. Collaborate with the MAED on performance evaluations.
14. Assign and collect bio-psychosocial assessments.
15. Conduct orientation and training of new behavioral team members
16. Attend AED Meetings
17. Meet once a month with the MAED and Clinical Supervisor
18. Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.
18. All other duties as assigned.

Various shifts, late afternoons, evenings, weekends.
