Manager – Fiduciary Clients and Accounts
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Days | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
General Description
The Manager – Fiduciary Clients and Accounts is responsible for the administration and overall operations of the PASP Fiscal Intermediary, the PASP Training & Program, Representative Payee, and Entitlement Programs (Fiduciary Accounts). This position ensures the effective management of fiduciary services while maintaining compliance with all relevant state and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement appropriate behavior plans for DD members, including staff training.
2. Develop and implement treatment plans and assessments for Youth Service Members.
3. Facilitate groups for DD and TOP members as needed.
4. Serve as liaison with healthcare providers regarding treatment of members.
5. Provide staff training on effective behavioral supports.
6. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CAU staff.
7. Thoroughly document all interactions with members.
8. Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team for assigned members.
9. Maintain appropriate and professional staff/member interactions.
10. Maintain program operations and facilitate ongoing program development.
11. Cooperate with the agency, legal authorities, and the Department of Human Services during inspections or investigations.
12. Know your way around Microsoft Office.
13. Ensure compliance with public health mandates (e.g., mask-wearing during pandemics).

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years working in the disability field.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable car for work purposes.
- Willingness to attend mandatory paid orientation and ongoing training.
- Complete all background and safety checks.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
- Knowledge of fiduciary and entitlement program operations preferred.
