Weekend RN Supervisor
Location: Wildwood Ranch, Joplin, MO
Pay: Starting at $35.00/hour
Wildwood Ranch, a warm and family-oriented community in Joplin, MO, is seeking a dedicated Weekend RN and Holiday Supervisor to join our team. If you have a passion for elderly care, strong leadership skills, and a flexible schedule, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Assist with patient care and medication administration as needed
- Address occasional scheduling issues
- Maintain clear communication with staff and families
- Be available to work holidays and weekends, 6 AM – 6 PM shifts
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Excellent attendance record
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially with elderly patients and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a family-like atmosphere
