As a Charge Nurse you will impact the lives of our residents by -
Assisting residents and families, supervising the medical staff on the floor and provide direct resident care. The Charge Nurse is responsible for the total care of the resident by initialing treatment plans and administering medicine and direct oversite of the floor they supervise.
We are looking for staff who can assist in fostering a team environment, promoting collaboration, and establishing the center as the preferred Long Term Care provider within the community that we serve.
