Role Description The Site Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC, working within a partner school to coordinate and deliver student support services. In this role, the Site Coordinator identifies students’ needs, develops individualized service plans, and connects students with school and community resources. They collaborate daily with school leadership, teachers, families, and community partners to implement evidence-based interventions, coordinate group and individual supports, and monitor student progress. The Site Coordinator maintains accurate data and documentation, prepares reports on student outcomes, and participates in school meetings and events. This role also involves organizing enrichment activities, promoting family engagement, and ensuring programs align with Communities In Schools standards and school goals.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and community partners.

- Organizational, time management, and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records and tracking student data and outcomes.
- Experience in youth development, education, social work, counseling, or a related field, preferably in a school or community setting.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple priorities in a school environment, and adapt to changing student and school needs.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices when supporting students and families.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, psychology, human services, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry; familiarity with student information systems or case management software is a plus.
