Job Description
The Site Coordinator will coordinate the provision of services within a public-school setting to address campus-wide goals and needs. The target population will be students and their families facing obstacles to academic and personal success. The Site Coordinator will work directly on the school campus providing professional, accessible services to at-risk students and their families. The Site Coordinator will also collaborate with partner organizations to provide the necessary services to meet the needs of the campus and its students.
This position will serve in the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District.- Collaborate and consult with school personnel to effectively plan & deliver services that impact campus and student goals.
- Establish/integrate and meet regularly with a School Support Team (SST) which includes school principals/administrators and other student support staff to plan campus level services that meet the Campus Service Delivery Plan.
- Facilitate effective meetings with school leadership on a regular basis to seek input and monitor and document campus progress toward goals.
- Educate school staff about the CIS-SA campus integration model.
- Develop a Campus Service Delivery Plan (CSDP) which includes addressing site-specific & campus level needs, planning targeted interventions for students facing obstacles that impact academic, behavior, attendance, and social service needs.
- Identify students for case management through a campus integrated student support system to meet identified caseload goals by prescribed deadlines.
- Collaborate and consult with parents/caregivers to effectively plan & deliver services that impact student goals.
- Plan and deliver services identified in the CIS-SA Campus Service Delivery Plan to meet student and campus goals, utilizing a tiered system of service delivery.
- Implement individual, group, and school-wide services that address individual student and campus-wide needs.
- Assess, develop, implement, and monitor service plans for case managed students utilizing the CIS-SA programming model.
- Identify and establish relationships with community resources that may provide services on the school campus.
- Connect with and manage internal and external resources to provide services to meet the needs of the campus and its students as identified in the Campus Service Delivery Plan.
- Coordinate and oversee assigned volunteers and/or interns to ensure success of programming.
- Adhere to volunteer, intern and community partner procedures and policies at the school district and CIS-SA level.
- Collect CIS-SA consent, enrollment, and case management information for each identified case managed student.
- Collect and monitor data around campus level goals and progress.
- Manage and maintain all required data in the CIS-SA approved case management system.
- Establish and securely maintain accurate and complete CIS-SA electronic and/or paper participant files with appropriate and up-to-date information/documentation as per CIS-SA procedures and deadlines.
- Obtain sign in sheets for services in accordance with CIS-SA procedures and deadlines.
- Maintain data quality by monitoring files and data for accuracy.
- Utilize and communicate data to assess and demonstrate program effectiveness.
- Manage approved work schedule and timesheets.
- Manage in-kind donations that support the campus and student needs and program activities in accordance with CIS-SA policies.
- Implement, manage, and report progress on grants and projects assigned to campus (e.g., monthly report, grant reports, district reports, impact reports, etc).
- Attend and engage in all meetings as required.
- Participate and engage in professional development and training opportunities to obtain or improve knowledge and skills.
- Provide cross-departmental support for the overall goals of the agency.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work generally are Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Employees may be required to adjust daily work hours based on location/site (i.e., 7:30-4:00pm) and changes in work hours for summer, June-August (i.e., Mon-Thur 7:00am-5:30pm). This position on occasion requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Required Education and Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology with related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field with case management, case work or social services experience may be considered.
- Experience with at-risk populations and identifying barriers to success, developing practical solutions, creating action plans, providing supports, and advocating for resources.
- Demonstrating empathy toward clients, their challenges, and viewpoints
- Understanding and respecting diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives
- Proven ability to set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Communicating effectively to understand needs, convey information and collaborate on solutions.
- Adaptable to diverse work environments, frequent changes, and various leadership styles.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish and English preferred
- Collecting and analyzing data to inform decision making and intervention strategies.
- Knowledge of social service resources that can support social, emotional, and academic needs.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications/Requirements
- A willingness to follow the CIS-SA model, be adaptable to client and system change, and coordinate efforts in a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional and ethical behavior in all interactions and interventions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check.
Salary : $43,900 - $56,181
