Role Description
This is a strategy role. You're here to look at everything we have, figure out what's working, identify what's missing, and build a roadmap that converts. The person who thrives here thinks in funnels, speaks in outcomes, and knows the difference between content that builds brand and content that builds pipeline.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B content strategy with demonstrated results in pipeline or client acquisition, not just reach or engagement
• Ability to audit a content library and synthesize it into a strategic roadmap, fast
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content functions differently at each stage
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a B2B acquisition channel for consulting, coaching, or professional services firms
• Experience working with founder-led or personal-brand-driven businesses where voice and positioning are tightly intertwined
• Ability to translate framework-heavy intellectual property into content that resonates with buyers, not just practitioners
• Bonus: experience in professional services, consulting, SaaS, or the Salesforce/technology ecosystem
• Bonus: familiarity with StoryBrand or similar narrative-driven content frameworks
