Summary:
The Subcontractor Onboarding & Renewal Assistant supports all subcontractor management functions across CTS projects. This role ensures subcontractors who work on behalf of CTS are in compliance yearly. Working closely with field personnel, project managers, subcontractors and corporate operations, this position helps streamline the onboarding along with maintaining accurate documentation, and ensure alignment with company standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate onboarding of new subcontractors , track subcontractor insurance renewals, and help drive operational efficiency within the subcontractor team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CTS Master Subcontractor Listing and ensure all documentation (W-9s, COIs, prequalification forms, executed contracts) is current.
- Track and renew subcontractor insurance; escalate non-compliance as needed.
- Process subcontractor purchase orders accurately within CTS' system and issue out to the subcontractors to work on behalf of CTS on project sites.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve subcontractor issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of subcontractors experience (or equivalent real-world experience).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Spectrum experience a plus).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset
Pay Scale is $20-$30hr based upon experience
This is full time, hourly position that includes a full benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD/STD and Life insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays and 401(k).
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
