What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary/Project Manager Assistant position at Communication Systems, Inc.?
Work with Project Manager to create and type job quotes and bids. Look up pricing on equipment and order equipment for jobs and stock. E-mail quotes and obtain signed approvals or PO. Create submittals and close out documents. Schedule job site walk throughs. Help answer telephone and creating work orders. Must have ability to be detail oriented while multitasking in a fast-past environment. Must have strong computer skills for Microsoft Outlook, Word and Exel. Must be dependable, organized and a team player. Office experience a must. Full time. Health & Dental Insurance, 401K matching, Vacation & Personal Time. Salary commensurate with experience.
Pay: $25.40 - $30.60 per hour
